Saturday at Tokyo International Great Quilt Show

Tulip's corner booth is gorgeous. You can see the two screens added this year. They run video of the factory, Hiroshima attractions and Miyajima plus, provide close up of my hands during demonstrations.

Here is my beautiful demonstration space, where I have access to the visitors who stop by for demo, questions or booksigning.

A booth opposite us is Janone. Noriko Sakurai, a rug hooker, is working in that booth. She stopped by to show us her felt necklace and felt hair ornament. Lots of kindred spirits under the Tokyo Dome this weekend!

When visitor Akemi showed us her needle felted embellished scarf, I asked to take her photo for here.

And also Naimi Araki who made her felted brooch.

This is Hiroe. She purchased the kits so she can make the necklace, bracelet and case she learned to make in the demos.

Hiroe had already purchased the Japanese felt book at the craft store, so I signed a bookplate for her.

This is visitor Naoko, herself a Felter. She is showing her felted sculpture on her phone screen.
Just a quickie post fir now. We are busy every minute. Mire later.....Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
